The latest addition to the star class hotels in Nuwara Eliya is Hotel Anish Park.
Built in a most scenic location on Upper Lake Road, at Nuwara Eliya, overlooking the gorgeous Gregory's Lake and the misty mountains, Hotel Anish Park opened its doors last month with a 'soft opening'.
After very careful consideration, I selected the property, taking into consideration its scenic location , to build my 'dream hotel', young and versatile hotelier, Managing Director, Hotel Anish Park, Wettivelu Yajanthiran said.
Hotel Anish Park offers 16 well appointed guest rooms in three categories, Super Deluxe, Deluxe and Standard. All rooms are equipped with star class facilities, including AC, Hot/cold water, colour TV, 24-hour room service, laundry service etc. Every guest room has a balcony from where guests get a panoramic view of Gregory's Lake and the beautiful mountains which encircle the hotel.
The Super Deluxe and Deluxe rooms also have verandahs where guests can relax, enjoying the view of the beautiful mountains around the hotel.
A special feature at Hotel Anish Park is that all rooms are equipped with sound proof glasses, and Hotel Anish Park is said to be the first hotel in Nuwara Eliya with this facility.
The hotel offers nothing but the very best in Western, Eastern, Chinese, International and Sri Lankan cuisine. Another special feature is that the hotel offers its guests spicy Jaffna dishes. Buffets and BBQ's too are arranged.
